Hawk T.V is a school wide television program. It is offered as an elective class. People who want to apply for it can ask about it at enrolment. The crew changes as classes change. Here are some pictures of the crew so far this year.

Hawks T.V is very educational, and helps kids learn how to use and understand computers, and other machines used in creating episodes. Hawk T.V airs at school right after channel 1, and Hayesville cable channel seven at seven am, twelve pm, and seven pm. It is an every day show, which shows during the lunch period. It repeats itself until the bell rings.
To be in Hawk T.V, students must have a “B” average overall, and have very good computer skills. Students must also like to be on TV and be ready and willing to work hard. To be on Hawk TV, students have to get team recommendations, and fill out an application form for the job. There are approximately fifteen to twenty openings including students from all middle school grades. There are many applications, and few spots. So the decisions are based on what positions are available and what talents the students can bring to the show.
Hawk TV is very fun and educational. Although the application process is complicated, the reward of being part of the Hawk TV crew is very satisfying! |
